MY 22^ND BIRTHDAY PARTY

The arrangement for my birthday party was ‘an eye saw’ like a blind man once said. People from all walks of life were present to help me celebrate this unprecedented birthday. Present were the Monarch band, the Twinies, Stonebwoy, Samini, King Ayisoba and Sarkodie among others. “Only a birthday!” I exclaimed. I ran to my daddy in an astonishing state, gazing and smiling in appreciation of the day.

“What is it son?” daddy asked me in a joyful mood.

“I came to express my profound gratitude for the good things you are doing for me” I gladly said. “Never mind son”, daddy replied.

“Daddy I want to ask a favor from you”, I said. “Just mention it son”, he retorted.

“My wife to be will be joining us for the celebration and she will be passing the night today with me”.

“There is no problem about that”, daddy replied.

Few minutes later, Gladys joined us for the program and I never ceased gazing at every move she took. God is wonderful and my daddy is the best father I could think of, I thought. My plans will surely work for me today. The alacrity for the birthday is not the performances from my favorite artist, not also the finest birthday cake ever, but the fact is that, this night is going to be heaven on earth between the lovers; I mean myself and my fiancée.

After the performances and the ultimate cake cutting, everyone departed to their various homes, we also departed to our respective rooms. “This is the time I was waiting for” I said to myself. Just when I was about falling on my bed I recalled my friend whispering into my ear, “wear the socks before you play the ball” I laughed to myself. We played, run round the bed, threw the pillow at each other and kissed. That was my first time.

Some minutes later, I undressed her and as I was about removing my belt my mum tapped me and said “it is time for school”. I woke up starred at mummy and said to myself, “this woman is very wicked. “So it was all a dream”, I screamed!!!
